Question Number: 23871Law 12 - Fouls and Misconduct 9/3/2010RE: Rec Under 11 Doug B of Irvine, California USA asks...This question is a follow up to question 23836 Just an observation of a possible reason for card.
There is a very quick moment where you see the player without his yellow shirt, in celebration of the goal. This is a cautionable offense, right?
This would not affect the outcome of the goal as it happened after the goal was scored. Correct restart, since the ball was not in play, would be the kickoff?

That would indeed be correct. However I suspect though that, as the AR did raise his flag during play, that it was for some offence during or close to the goal scoring chance.
