This question is a follow up to question 23730

Since the panel has now answered 10 of the 100 questions on the recert exam, who gets recertified, Lee or the Panel members?

We didn't recognize these as certification test questions. Perhaps Lee paraphrased the questions, but they certainly weren't copied directly from a test.

When we do see questions that came from exams, we do not publish them.

Hi Fred
Even if they are recertification questions, Lee still has to do the test. I can teach a class and give them every answer but the candidate still has to sit the test without any aid.

Even if they ARE recert questions, so what? Every question on the test is printed somewhere in some form. Lee can't carry our answers into the exam and he still has to pass it by himself. Personally, I think studying old tests a tremendous help be it a referee recert or a calculus final,
