Im just wondering, does a red card on a player mean that a team plays with only 10 players on the field next match, like in the current match where the card was payed?

No, the team only plays short for the remainder of the match in which a player is sent off.

no. The player, or substitute or substituted player that receives the red card may not participate in the next match but the team plays full

Ah, getting sent off means some other lucky guy on your team gets to play in your spot in the next game! And your teammates have to do without you for the balance of the game in which you got the card.
