I have a question in regards to scoring a goal. Is it a goal if the goalie picks up the ball near the goal line and walks inside the net with ball in hand passing the goal line?

The keeper during ongoing play if unwise or unlucky could concievably carry the ball completely over the goal line, under the crossbar,between the posts and if seen as such bythe referee it is a legal goal provided there were no infringments in law by the opposing team as in pushed him over etc.. It is an oops, kick off and a sheepish red faced keeper to be sure.

Anytime the ball is in play and all of the ball crosses all of the goal line under the crossbar and between the goal posts and no Law has been infringed, a goal is scored. If the ball happens to be in the keeper's hands, it's still a goal.

Yes, it's a goal and the keeper's teammates and coach won't be too happy about it. The referee or assistant referee had ought to be right down on the goal line to "sell" the fact that the ball could clearly be seen completely over the goal line.

If the ball is completly over the goal line and between the posts and under the cross bar, then yes.
