Question Number: 19036Law 12 - Fouls and Misconduct 5/9/2008RE: Competive (U18 School Cup Final) Under 18 Frazer Mitchell of Dundee, Angus Scotland asks...Can a referee book a player after the final whistle, for spraying champagne about and some of it ended up on the ref.???
